VAPDC Environment Committee

The Virginia Association of Planning District Commissions (VAPDC) Environment Committee, comprised of Executive Directors and Environmental Planners from the state's 21 PDC's, along with the participation of local, state, and federal department, agency and elected officials, and private sector practitioners, like the Association itself, was created for the purpose of coordinating initiatives, exchanging information on planning practices, and collaboratively addressing issues of mutual concern.

The Committee generally meets twice annually, in January and July, in conjunction with the VAPDC's Winter and Summer Conferences.
